Start with
one business problem.

Tell us what your team repeats, where work gets stuck or what you need to launch. We’ll help you define a practical first step in automation, integrations, websites or apps.

A short note is enough. You don’t need a finished technical brief.

Useful questions.

I’m not sure what I need. Can I still enquire?

Yes. Tell us about one repeated task, delay, difficult handoff or launch goal. We can first assess the problem and whether automation, an integration, a website or an app is a useful next step.

Can you work with our existing software?

We first check the tools, access permissions, APIs and data involved. An integration depends on what those systems allow; the proposal sets out supported connections and any limitations.

How are price and timing decided?

They depend on the workflow, features, integrations, data preparation, review steps and support required. We agree deliverables, exclusions, payment stages and timing in a written scope before work begins. Third-party fees are identified separately where applicable.

Do I need a complete brief or a confirmed budget?

No. Choose what you’d like help with, or select Not sure yet, then add your name, email and a short message. Company and mobile are optional. Personal email addresses are welcome. We can work through tools, scope and budget after understanding the need.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

We review the problem and current tools, clarify fit and priorities, then discuss a focused starting scope, timing and budget. Sending an enquiry does not commit you to a project.

AI, support & data.

Privacy & data use
Does every project need AI?

No. A form, a software connection or a rule-based workflow may solve the problem. We discuss AI when it serves a specific task and can be tested against clear expectations.

What happens when an AI answer is uncertain?

A knowledge or support pilot should define its sources, the questions it can answer, when it should say it does not know, and how a person takes over. Those behaviours belong in the test plan.

Do you offer support after launch?

An ongoing plan can include monitoring, bug fixes, maintenance, staff training and agreed improvement capacity. Support hours, response arrangements and exclusions are scoped separately.

How do you use the details I share?

We use your enquiry details to discuss your request and respond. Contacting us does not add you to a marketing list. Avoid sending passwords, API keys or confidential customer information in your first message.
